Intense thunderstorms in Texas led to four deaths and power outages in the Houston area. City officials confirmed the deaths Thursday night as powerlines and trees were knocked down across the city. The NWS says the central and south portions of the state could see as much as nine inches of rain with this latest storm system.        The Republican-led U.S. House passed a bill on Thursday that forces President Biden to send weapons to Israel. The push by Republican leaders is in response to Biden's decision to pause one shipment of bombs to Israel due to concerns over a full-scale military operation in Rafah.        Former President Trump will be attending his youngest son's high school graduation today. Barron Trump is getting his diploma from Oxbridge Academy in Palm Beach, Florida, a prep school that boasts a 100-percent college acceptance rate.        The judge in the Donald Trump's criminal hush money trial says parties should be ready for closing arguments on Tuesday. Ex-Trump lawyer Michael Cohen wrapped up Thursday's testimony. Cohen is the prosecutor's key witness who they say was behind the alleged payments to adult actress Stormy Daniels to keep quiet about an alleged sexual encounter with Trump in 2006.        The Centers for Disease Control has a new dashboard to track the spread of bird flu. The online tool provides a variety of data to see where the disease has been detected.        Internet host Alex Jones is selling a 127 acre game ranch he owns in Texas to help satisfy the massive judgments against him. Jones owes judgments of one and a half-billion-dollars to Sandy Hook families for claiming the 2012 school killings were a hoax and calling them paid actors. The host and conspiracy theorist says much of the proceeds of the two-point-seven-million-dollar sale of the ranch will go to attorneys in the case.
